Corporate branding

The process we recommend, and have now successfully performed with hundreds of companies in various businesses, is designed to recreate the process of the entrepreneur, but in management teams of all sizes. The process is described in the book 4D Branding by Thomas Gad (Financial Times-Prentice Hall/Bookhouse, London/Stockholm, 2001).

Our role in this process is to be creative facilitators to help to produce a complete brand platform. The branding outcome of this process will be inventive and dynamic, but it always requires top management involvement, thus also offering top management ownership of the Brand - the very power tool of the company.

The basis of our branding process is a 24-hour workshop with the top management team, with preparation beforehand and follow-up work afterwards.

Our key process tools are: the Brand Mind Space™, establishing the desired perception in the minds of different target groups, or stakeholders, and the Brand Code™, including the Brand Motto™, the basic platform of the brand.

Implementing the Brand is the key to success.

Brandflight also offers a unique way of implementing the Brand in the organization, using creative workshops for all employees, or the middle management leaders, depending on the size of the operation.

In these sessions of groups of 30-50 people each we use the Brand Activity Generator™ as a tool to create involvement and presupposition of the Brand Code™ in the minds of employees (or partners, retailers or key customers, whatever is appropriate). This technique has proved to be very effective.

Of course the Brand Code™ also serves as a perfect briefing device for all external communication specialists in advertising, PR, relation marketing, web design, event marketing, sponsoring, etc.
