Mischa Paterna

Before taking responsibility for the business of Brandflight Germany Dr. Mischa Paterna worked for international top management consultancies in Germany and USA. In his last position he was a partner at INVERTO AG taking company leaders through cost optimization initiatives. Today his experience in large scale consulting projects is leveraged in the targeted implementation of “Full Potential Branding” projects.

Following his business studies with focus on Marketing and the Ph.D. at the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland his career steps encompassed the build-up of the sales organisation at a newly formed telecommunication service provider in Munich, partner of a technology consultancy group in San Francisco, chairman of the board for a digital entertainment platform in Hamburg and from 2001 to 2006 partner in a specialized consultancy with focus on cost optimization.

His decision for the Swedish company is based upon the conviction that the Brandflight-Methodology poses a new leadership framework to deliver a simple solution for the growing complexity of today’s business environment.
